Our current Terms and Conditions
Valid as at 13 July 2010
- Drivers must be over twenty one(21) years of age
- A valid Samoan license or endorsed overseas drivers license which we are authorised to issue at $15.00tala valid for 1 month
- Bond can be either SAT $500 or credit card slip at commencement of hire
- Payment of rental may be made by credit card, travellers chq or cash at commencemen of hire
- Your vehicle is supplied with a full tank and must be refilled on return at hirer’s expense
- A 15% penalty is charged for returning the car before the agreed date
- SAT $30 charge for vehicle returned dirty
- Vehicle is in good mechanical and physical condition unless specified otherswise.Customer will return the vehicle with all tyres, tools, accessories and equipment in the same condition received.
- Vehicle shall not be used, operated or driven: by any person younger than 21, by any person other than the person(s) registered in the contract, by any person in violation of law, by any person under the influence of intoxicants and narcontics, for the transportation of persons or property for hire,to propel or tow any vehicle or trailer or carry excessive load, in any race or speed test, or in any contest ,any negligent and unsafe manner as to result in unreasonable wear and tear to the vehicle and for any illegal purpose.
- Owner shall not be liable for loss or damage to any property left, stored or transported by customer or any other person in or upon said vehicle either before or after the return thereof to Owner.
- In the event of an accident or damage to vehicle, Customer must report to the Police immediately on telephone number (685) 22222 and advise the Owner. Customer is soley liable to all costs or repairs to the vehicle.
- Insurance: SAT $15 per day (optional) for damages over SAT $2000. Insurance does not cover third party liability.
- Rental is based on a 24 hour basis. Additional hours are charged at $20/hour Getz, 2dr Rav,Swift,Corolla; $30/hour Tuscon,Kluger,4dr Rav4.Santa Fe, Xtrail,Terios, 7-8 seater vans; $40/hour Hilux, Prado, Pajero and 16 seater van.
- The Customer shall in no event be or deemed to be the agent, servant or employee of Owner in any manner or of any purpose whatsoever.
- The Customer proceeds at own risk and expense on all private and unpaved roads.
- Customer is liable for fines and court costs for parking, traffic or other legal violations assessed against the vehicle, repairs to windscreen, stereo and tyre damages and / or replacement. Loss of income while vehicle is repaired of SAT $100/day for small vehicles, SAT $140 for medium sized vehicles and SAT $200 for Hilux, Prado and 16 seater vans .
- The Owner shall have the right to terminate the hiring and take immediate possession of the vehicle if the Customer fails to comply with any terms of this agreement, or if the vehicle has been damaged.
For the busy Christmas/New Year season, we only confirm and secure bookings that are paid in advance!!!
